How we work.
Five principles guide how we build for our clients and how we work together as a team. We use them in project decisions and in every hiring conversation.
-
01
Builders over advisors
The people you talk to are the people who build your system. We prove ideas with working software, not slide decks, and every phase ends with something you can check.
-
02
Your code, your accounts
Code, cloud accounts and documentation belong to our clients from day one. We build so that a team can run the system without us. A clean handover is the goal, not a lasting dependency.
-
03
Running costs are part of the architecture
The platform follows the requirements and what it costs to run for years. We are an AWS partner and say so, and we still recommend Azure or Hetzner when they fit better.
-
04
Data protection from the first line
Security and data protection are designed in, not added before the audit. We document where data sits and who has access to it, so the answer holds up when someone asks.
-
05
Honest from the first call
If a project is not a fit, we say so, even if it costs us the deal. We commit to fixed scopes and dates, and when something goes wrong, we raise it early instead of explaining it late.
