Founding Sales & Project Owner (m/f/d)

You'll be one of our first hires. You win new clients, close deals and then run those projects yourself, from kickoff to handover. Along the way, you help build our processes. The role grows with us, including towards Head of or C-level.

What you will do

  • Find and win new clients for our cloud, AI and security projects, from the first conversation to the signed contract.
  • Shape proposals and negotiate contracts together with our engineers.
  • Grow existing clients by extending and expanding their engagements.
  • Own the projects you won from kickoff to handover: scope, timeline, budget and client communication.
  • Build our sales and delivery processes from the ground up as part of the founding team.

What you bring

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or consulting, ideally for IT or cloud services.
  • Experience leading client projects, for example as a project manager or product owner.
  • Enough technical understanding to discuss cloud, AI and security topics with engineers and decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the wish to shape an early-stage company.
  • Very good German and English.
